National "973 Program" program “Scientific issues of high performance thermoplastic elastomer preparation and processing applications” 2013 Annual Seminar from 2013 June 2 to 3 was successfully held in Hangzhou.

According to “2012-2013 Subjects Statement of Planned Tasks”, six subjects detailed to participating experts and representatives of performance of subject, including the main improvement of the research work, performance of the plan, problems of implementation process and their countermeasures, and the work plan of next stage. In addition, the first issue, the second issue, and the fourth issue each made a special academic report on part of the important results of the subject. The experts instructed direction and focus for the development of the project, and proposed constructive comments and suggestions on the problems at this stage. At last, Project Chief Scientist, director of the Faculty of Engineering, Zhejiang University, Professor Li Bo-geng according to the actual situation of each subject as well as expert advice, adjusted the project work plan of the next stage, and made a detailed deployment.

The project advisory group of experts, Professor Ouyang Shixi, Professor Xu Jiarui and Professor Deng Xianmo; the project expert group, professor Dong Jianhua, academician Shen Zhiquan, attended the meeting. In addition, reacher of Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry Yin Jinghua was invited to guidance.

Laboratory member Professor Wang Wenjun and Professor Luo Yingwu represented the first issue and the second issue done summary and progress reports, and lab Visiting member Professor Fan Zhiqiang, Professor Wu Linbo also made academic reports. Laboratory Deputy Director Professor Feng Lianfang member Professor Fan Hong, also attended the meeting.
