The seminar was chaired by Prof. Bo-geng LI. Zhejiang fluorosilicone Association Secretary-General Da-fang WANG was invited to attend and delivered speeches.

Zhejiang Silicone Technology Innovation Team was founded in 2009 as the first batch of key scientific and technological innovation team in ZhejiangProvince. It is composed of Zhejiang University, Hangzhou Normal University, Zhejiang Institute of Technology, Xinan Chemical Industrial Co. Ltd., Zhejiang Kaihua Synthetic Material Co. Ltd. and Hangzhou Zhijiang Silicone Co. which are three universities and three largest organic silicon production enterprises in ZhejiangProvince.

The seminar was mainly to understand the progress of the autonomous subjects for the team acceptance to be carried out early next year.Participants reported the progress of each subjects, the results achieved and the next plan. Finally Prof. Bo-geng LI and Secretary-General Da-fang WANG secretary-general made a concluding speech, requested participants to speed up project construction and collect project results, pointed out that the third party inspection of the products and standards formulation was particularly important.

Key laboratory deputy director Prof. Lian-fang FENG, Prof. Hong FAN, Prof. Guo-rong SHAN, Senior Engineer Zhi-yang B0 and Research Associate Xue-ping GU attended the seminar. During the seminar, Zhejiang Silicone Technology Innovation Team of 30 people visited the products showrooms and experimental research center of Hangzhou Zhijiang Silicone Co. guided by company vice president Dr. Xiao-le TAO. Experts affirmed the rapid development of Hangzhou Zhijiang Silicone Co. and expected a closer cooperation between universities and enterprises in the future.
