30th International Conference of the Polymer Processing Society (PPS-30) was held in Cleveland, Ohio, USA, from 8^th June through 12^th June, 2014. Prof. Zhen Yao was invited to attend this conference as a chairman of polymer foam division, and Assoc. Prof. Cai-Liang Zhang give a keynote lecture titled as “Compatibilizer-tracer: a powerful tool for designing, scaling up and optimizing blending processes”.

The Polymer Processing Society was founded in March 1985 to provide a mechanism and format for interaction and presentation of results in the international polymer processing community. The goals of the Polymer Procssing Society as embodied in its constitution are to foster scientific understanding and technical innovation in polymer processing.
