Recently, the American Chemical Society Division of Polymer Materials Science and Engineering (ACS PMSE) announced the list of new PMSE Fellows in 2020, and Professor Tao Xie became one of the four newly elected members. PMSE Fellow is an honorary title established by ACS PMSE in 2000 to recognize members who have made significant scientific and technological contributions in the field of polymer materials science and engineering.
Reasons for election: For outstanding contributions to responsive, self-folding shape memory polymers and dynamic covalent networks.
